Life is busy. Plain and simple. If you’re anything like me, some days feel like there is more to do than there is time.
I’ve had my share of times where I didn’t feel like I could or would accomplish what I wanted to in a day and I beat myself up for it. It still happens sometimes.
In fact, just a short while ago, before I went on my trip to Ecuador, I had so many deadlines that it looked almost impossible to get it all done. On top of it all, I had major computer problems that sucked up valuable time that I didn’t have to spare! Needless to say, I have a new computer now….I had to put my own advice in to practice double time.
In this video, I share with you how to set your day up so you can be super productive while keeping sane. I share some of the tools the most successful people in the world use to keep them on track and knocking things out of the park (and off the to-do list)!
To be even more productive, the main thing you’ll need to do is take back control of your day. You get to set the plan – no one else. Sometimes this takes a bit of commitment and dedication, but it’s worth it.
When you accomplish what you set out to do in the day, you will feel a sense of self-satisfaction that will allow you to let go and enjoy other parts of your life that are less planned or structured. It’s all a balance and you get to choose what balance works for you!

Thank you for this video and information! Yes, I love making a list of priorities for the day and I really like the idea of linking the daily plan to the bigger picture! And including meditation in the day (even those 5 minute ones) is so important – and I soooo miss and notice it when I don’t take that time….
